Beat the Hacker – the 3D escape game for virtual teams

Together against the hacker – The story

A hacking attack by the book! Your IT system is down and all of the data is encrypted. But luckily, the hacker wasn’t careful and has left tracks behind. Which team will manage to activate the server of the company again in the given time and to rescue all of the data? The speciality of the 3D version of “Beat the Hacker”: the team begins in an office environment which looks real, fully equipped with EDV equipment.

On the three floors of the 3D office building, the virtual team has to master various tasks in order to unlock new rooms and to get the IT system going again. Move freely in the three dimentional office complex and solve puzzles in cooperation with your colleagues, whose tips are spread around in different rooms.

For a sustainable, virtual team experience, feedback is an important component. This is why you can split “Beat the Hacker” into two sessions in order to optimally plan in a feedback round. The newly gained knowledge about the cooperation of the colleagues allows you to see the tasks in the second session in a different light. This is useful for every day working life!
