Description

It’s cold on Mount Everest. The wind whistles in our ears. The higher we climb, the heavier every single step becomes. And: is there bad weather coming in the distance? To climb up eight thousand metres is a real challenge for teams in real life. We have converted this into a hybrid team event. This means: the team members meet each other in a small room in a nearby location - and interact online with the other teams who are also climbing Mount Everest, but from other locations. Each decision will have an effect on all the others. Let’s see who will manages to get up the mountain and back to the base camp the quickest…

Adventure Everest Hybrid – the concept

What is cleverer: to work together with the other teams? Or to see them as competition and rather act independently? Every team receives supplies and equipment at the beginning of the hybrid team event and has to decide every day, how they are used and which direction to go in. How is it manageable to find a consensus? Through the challenging and complex mission, intense communication is started within the teams. Roles become clearer, decision paths clearer.

Through this, the hybrid team event has the potential to really develop your team sustainably, so that it works more efficiently and at the same time makes every single team member feel more comfortable.
