Description

”The better your people are, the higher you will climb”. This team building truth has been transferred into our team event Adventure Everest as a gripping simulation. The colleagues are set the challenge to summit a fictive Mount Everest in small teams. In order to succeed under time pressure, unfortunate weather conditions and despite various surprises, the team really has to blend into one unit.

The concept: strategic impulses into the team

Which team will arrive at the summit of Mount Everest first? What is the best way to win: competition or cooperation with the other teams? And which colleague can contribute what factor, so that there are always enough supplies in everyone’s pockets, and the climbers are not surprised by a thunderstorm?

The team event Adventure Everest offers an appropriate task for each team colleague: efficient thinking, courage, community spirit and security are all in demand. Above all, it is important to know each other well – and to plan in the resources of every single person.

This trains strategic thinking. Simultaneously, it will become clear for all of the colleagues how the team already relies on each other and in what areas it still needs to develop, in order to be well prepared for the next projects and challenges.
