The concept

Colleagues go on a joint journey through the city in order to come up against each other in small groups and to solve tricky tasks that take us around the globe. Passworld is a self-guided team event. That means that the teams receive their tasks through their own smartphones. Who works together the best? Which team solves the tasks the quickest and gets back to the starting point first? At the end of the day, the team members go home not only relaxed and in a good mood, but also with a load of aha experiences.

How teams grow together

With Passworld, colleagues find out more about each other and they discover different cultures and expand their horizons together. Passworld requires communication amongst the team members and supplies fun and diversity beyond daily business. In this way, acceptance grows within a team; the ability to criticise, self-reflect and work together is encouraged.

The place

Passworld takes place outside in a city of your choice. We will happily take on the choice of a suitable location for you and individualise this event with your logo for an additional fee.
