Petscha Kutscha: the concept
In Japan ぺちゃくちゃ (Petscha Kutscha) has also become a national sport. At this online team event the teams come against each other in two rounds. Their task is to develop presentations which are interesting and informative, but above all thrill, inspire and convince, using given pictures.
The team members that are not presenting make up the jury. By having two rounds, the teams have the chance to remember good presentation techniques and to use the new knowledge for themselves, in other words, learning in turn over.
The course of events
A BITOU presenter shortly introduces the team event. This takes a maximum of 5 minutes, especially as it’s all about speed with Petscha Kutscha! Immediately, the teams go into the first round with planning, presentation and jury evaluation. The second round follows. And then the presentation ceremony.
How exactly does the technology work?
We use the meeting software of your choice or if requested, we recommend one. It is important that the participants can be separated into small groups in individual meeting rooms for group work. If the participants have a second smart phone or computer with internet access, this will ease the communication, but it’s not a must.
What happens next?
Petscha Kutscha is appropriate for a quick team impulse, but it is also appropriate as a component in the structure of a larger team event. We advise and support you in the planning of your team day as well as with questions for embedding Petscha Kutscha in the whole concept.
With Petscha Kutscha, the teams acquire new competencies in the shortest of times. We at BITOU offer a professional reflection to deepen and solidify this. Just speak to us about it.
