Team event Stonehenge – the concept
At the beginning of the team event, the colleagues are split into multiple groups. Each one receives the same amount of bricks in mixed colours: yellow, red, green, blue. The aim is to build a complete Stonehenge – but in just one colour.
In order to get the appropriate bricks, the negotiators of the teams come together on the market place. This is wear negotiations and swapping takes place. They are then to return to the teams. Hidden from the other teams, the one-coloured Stonehenge continues to be built. Which team finishes first and makes Stonehenge completely in their colour?
Buying, negotiating, bluffing, building – for the most diversified tasks, it’s worth distributing different roles. At the beginning of the team event, each group choses who does which job. Through this, it is quickly established how the competencies are distributed within the team.
Stonehenge is especially appropriate when you want to invest in the communication of your colleagues. The different roles and tasks promote the understanding of how effective communication works.
Also possible as a hybrid team event!
Like many of our team events, Stonehenge can also be carried out as a hybrid team event, where only the smaller groups in one area come together in person. The market place, in other words, the exchange with other groups, takes place virtually.
