Frank Faller has been living a strict time-management lifestyle, both professionally and privately, for over 20 years.
In this keynote speech, he aims to increase awareness about healthy leadership and leadership culture in the age of digitalisation, using concrete examples and personal experiences!
In his role as an executive he lived for responsibility, and as a manager he was responsible for exemplary revenue figures. He was constantly searching – up to 12 hours a day – for further development and win-win situations, both for the business and for his staff.
As a father he found himself both needed and challenged. His family appreciated his reliability as his best quality. As a friend, he loved spontaneity and flexibility.
He found his balance using sport – or so he thought!
