The concept
Do you want to bring a breath of fresh air or new energy into the team with a company trip or team event? Our Smart Team Challenge offers the suitable framework for this. We send colleagues away in a city of your choice in order to solve a variety of different tasks in small groups. The time is limited, the adrenaline grows – in order to master all challenges, the team has to work together closely! The Smart Team Challenge is available in a standard and an individual version. It can be played in one or multiple teams.
The tasks
On your own smartphones or on tablets that we provide, the participants receive clues and tasks via an app. Photo missions, puzzles, construction tasks: there are different tasks and task types. We put these together individually for your team, depending on the length of the company trip. Some tasks build on each other, others are only possible to solve in a team. Every now and the, new information comes into the game which provides new twists and challenges.
The place
The Smart Team Challenge has been created so that it can take place within any urban environment. We involve houses, traffic lights, zebra crossings, bus stops, shops or passers-by in the tasks.
Completely individual
We will happily adapt the tasks, the story and the app design of the Smart Team Challenge so that it fits your company’s motto or appearance..
How we create orientation
No one gets lost – guaranteed! The team building experts from BITOU will take on the complete organisation of the Smart Team Challenge and are there for your team during the challenge.

- beginning and finish are set individually
