Who owns the outer space? The race for its usage rights has long begun. We took this as our chance to develop a terrestrial competition between teams. Like in space, live on earth it is about gaining new territories, saving market shares and being ahead of the opponents. This event contains three main activities with a structured debriefing. The closing is an energetic rocket start, simulating the race of your team.

Smart Cooperation Rockets Your Team into Space

In order to win the race for space the teams need not only to collaborate perfectly, but also have to improve their performance each round. The level of difficulty increases each time, additionally to a variety of tasks. Different disciplines need to be solved, which asks for all kinds of talents of your team members to be able to make it to space on the one hand, but on the other one to beat the other teams to it. Everything depends on the cooperation within the team. Are you part of the winning team? If so, you are to be the one who is rocketed first into space.

The Output

The main aspect of the event are the strong learning results combined with a lot of fun. Part of the learning effects are communication, the optimized usage of resources, the coordination for improvised efficiency and determination of roles, and responsibilities to level up the whole performance of the team. The activity suits best those teams of sales as well as marketing departments, or those teams that work within competitive areas with performance as a main factor.

The Tasks

The teams must solve three independent tasks. They are confronted with a rocket puzzle, decoding the control unit, and constructing the rocket dome. Through smooth cooperation, communication, and determination the first place is within imminent reach.
