This team offsite has it in it - fresh country air, bold colours, country ambience: welcome to the Smart Nature Challenge! We take your team out of the office for a day, out of the city and into nature. But that’s not all: in the Smart Nature Challenge, tricky mental tasks and creative challenges stand before you and your team. We organise an individual and trilling team trip for you, one which your team won’t forget in a hurry.

The concept

Ever heard of geocaching or a classic scavenger hunt? Our Smart Nature Challenge is built on a similar principle, however all participants are equipped with smartphones and have to solve creative tasks in the area using our Smart Nature app. In small groups, the colleges meet in an idyllic environment in the country or in a village of their choice in order to solve the most diverse tasks. But the clock is ticking, the excitement grows – and in order to master all of the challenges, the colleagues have to work together tightly! The Smart Nature Challenge can be played in one or multiple teams, it brings variety, excitement and adventure into your team and provides an ideal team bonding effect.

The tasks

On their own smartphones or tablets that we provide for your team, the team members receive hints and tasks via the app. Whether there are specific questions about the surroundings, exciting construction tasks, la MacGyver or tricky photo missions: we put together tasks individually for your team, depending on how long the offsite should take. Some tasks are connected to each other, others however can only be solved in a team. We continually bring new information into your team so that new twists and challenges come about. In short: you definitely won’t get bored.

The location

The Smart Nature Challenge is designed in a way that it can take place in every rural environment (mobile internet is required). We include fields, lights, villages, stops, shops or passersby in the tasks. We will also happily take on the choice of an appropriate location for you on request.

How we create orientation

The team building experts from BITOU take on the complete organisation of the Smart Nature Challenge and are on site for your team during the challenge. Nothing to worry about – no one will get lost.

We will happily adapt the tasks, the story and the app design of the Smart Nature Challenge so that it fits to your motto or the appearance of your company.
